Reliable product quality depends on strict workshop control. Our energy storage battery workshop adopts standardized operating procedures covering incoming cell inspection, matching, module assembly, BMS integration, aging test and final inspection.
The batteries produced in the workshop include multiple 12V and 24V low voltage models. Equipped with stable LiFePO4 cells and smart BMS, they have complete safety protection and support RS485, RS232 and CAN communication. Compatible with mainstream inverters, they serve mass home solar, small commercial storage and off-grid backup power projects.

Every process has dedicated inspection and record keeping. Cells are screened by capacity and internal resistance to reduce mismatch. All finished batteries go through long aging charge-discharge tests under real working conditions to find defective units in advance. ESD protection, temperature and humidity control and 5S management are enforced to reduce environmental risks during lithium battery production.
We keep upgrading jigs and work instructions and training operators to follow safety and specification requirements, improving productivity and yield. The traceable workshop system ensures consistent performance for every shipment and supports stable operation of overseas storage projects. We plan to upgrade testing equipment and strengthen quality traceability as the first line of quality assurance.
